It all started when…

A close friend asked me if I would do their relatives funeral, I found the process really rewarding, and was asked to do more services from then.  I am aware what an important part of the grieving process the funeral service is.  I have experienced the loss of several family members from a young age and know that different families will have different dynamics and responses to the death of a family member. 

I am a good communicator and have been told I am a calming presence which can hopefully help families to navigate planning a funeral service.  My approach is to help them tell the story of their family member’s life and attempt to make the process as easy as possible.  

I feel it is a great privilege to work with families during this time and would love the opportunity to continue doing so.
